The ProductionACE system provides an economical, real-time data connection to ERP from all types of production machinery. By downloading the ERP production schedule into the ProductionACE Job Queue, users can schedule jobs on individual machines and track their completion in real-time. Using a simple point and click process, a Production Scheduler can run "what if" scenarios and view impact on production schedule. Sales staff can verify production status of customer orders from anywhere via the Web with a PC or PDA. At Job and Shift end, the system uploads production information to ERP, thereby eliminating the counting and manual keypunching and attendant errors.
