Our FR_T7 & FR_T9 cleaners are designed for industrial productions and to be connected to the welder to form an automatic welding and cleaning line. They offer everything that can be desired from a machine of this level. They can be equipped with up to 17 tools and, like the FR_T5, mill different frame combinations and sash overlaps thanks to the electronically-controlled supplementary axis. Their working range permits cleaning profiles with a maximum height of up to 180 mm. (greater heights to be checked according to the profile drawing) and are therefore particularly suited for machining monoblocs, both in the vertical and horizontal parts.
All controls are designed to be user-friendly.
the machine can be programmed in traditional mode and in graphic mode: in this latter case, starting from the profile drawing, all you need do is draw the working trajectory of each tool and at the same time the software will transform this information into the ISO programming language. The software is designed to receive the production sequences from the four-head welder. The two machines differ in terms of the number of controlled axes.
