ELEMENTI COMPONENTS
• STEP IN 2000 TRANSLATING LOADING MAGAZINE FOR SCREW COUPLER. The system is used to accumulate and clamp profiles and then translate them horizontally.
• INFEED ROLLER TABLE FOR LINES WITH EXTERNAL SCREW COUPLER This consists of front retractable pushers and horizontal and vertical idle rollers. Once the metal strip is fixed, the profiles coming from the STEP IN 2000 are picked up by the front pushers, arranged on horizontal idle rollers and kept in contact with the vertical idle rollers.
• SCREWING STATION. The screwing station has been designed to fix metal strips into PVC profiles by means of self-tapping screws.
• MULTISPINDLE MACHINING UNIT. The multispindle machining unit has been designed to carry out drilling and milling on all four sides of PVC profiles.
• PULL PLUS NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED BAR EXTRACTOR. The PULL PLUS extractor has been designed to offload profiles from work stations.
• OFFLOAD BENCH. This is made of non-scratch material. It is fitted with an alternating ejector and allows machined pieces to be translated and then accumulated.
• NUMERICAL CONTROL POWER-C. Industrial control equipment taking care of the mechanical management of all movement devices installed on the machine. Interfaces with the PC by means of Ethernet network connection from which it receives the machining data.
• OMEGA 200 COMMAND UNIT. This is the actual work station from where the various production phases of the line are managed and organised.
