Our single-head welders are an excellent solution for anyone wanting to manufacture PVC frames on a limited budget, or to weld large frames with varying angles or arches. Work precision is ensured by the monolithic-casting worktable: this provides extra structural rigidity during performance of the work cycle. Work cycle times are fully automatic and controlled electronically from PLC.
In the event of working mainly covered profiles, we suggest using the
SA_330 unit: the features of this model in fact include the s/s restrictors, independently heated and adjustable from 0.2 to 2.00 mm. (
The SA_320 features fixed limitation and this, on request, can be extended to 0.8 mm.). The SA_330 features include the pair of profile supporting arms (optional on SA_320).
