Description

Pronal CLT – Lifting Cushions or inflatable jacks are used to lift, hold or push heavy loads horizontally and vertically. Their lifting capacities range from 1 to 65 tons depending on the model chosen from the range. They are easy to insert into place thanks to their thickness of just 25 mm and they can lift up to a height of 500 mm. The remote inflation control panel guarantees optimum working safety for the operator. Inflatable lifting cushions are used in addition to, or to replace conventional lifting equipment. Compared to a hydraulic jack, the lifting bags have a larger contact surface with the load to lift, for improved stability. Inflatable lifting cushions have used a variety of fields like vehicle repairs, handling, quarrying, emergency services, etc. APPLICATIONS Releasing trapped people Lifting heavy vehicles Levelling pipes Levelling machines Lifting forklifts Previous Next ADVANTAGES Use •Wide and solid lifting surface •Stacking in 3s •Adapt to all air supplies Safety •Non-slip surface •Smooth, jerk-free lifting •Compliance with standard NF EN 13731 Handling •Lightweight and small size •Handling straps •Thin DETAILED INFORMATION •Material: Aramid envelope, elastomer coated •Manufacturing technique: hot vulcanisation in a vacuum autoclave •Dimensions: 100 x 100 mm to 920 x 920 mm •Inflation: air •Temperature resistance: -20 to 60°C •Max. inflation pressure: 8 bar •Test pressure: 12 bar •Max. thickness: 25 mm •Lifting travel: 90 to 515 mm •Safety factor: 4
