The CVF-Series IEEE-1394B cameras have direct fiber-optic output and are suitable for applications where especially long cable length is required. Customers have used these cameras for crash-test monitoring, nuclear fuel rod inspection, and specialized transportation imaging. Requires either PC1394B PCI card or FA1394A Fiber Adapor in order to interface to the host computer.
