The RS 24 Series syringe fillers are designed and built specifically for High Speed, dual chambered applications in mind. All ProSys syringe fillers utilize positive displacement metering & field proven components for accurate, reliable operation at speeds of 20 to 65 containers per minute. Shown is a dial view of an RSD 24; Cam or Servo Driven, dual head automatic filler for double barrel, 1:1 ratio, plastic syringes with rod style plunger. Clockwise from left are; Auto load, Servo driven; dual fill heads, plunger insert, reject and unload stations.
