The automatic carton packer COMPACT NDV-007 is designed and developed to solve the increasingly difficult production requirements connected with the problem of space. It is adapted to work with cylindrical and irregular bottles.
In a just 3 meter lenght COMPACT NDV-007 machine:
1. picks up the cartons from the magazine;
2. forms the cartons and places the product in it;
3. seals its top and bottom with adhesive tape and hot-melt glue.
NDV-007 is completely automatic, managed by a programmable microprocessor and a single control push-botton panel with a led display for messages.
By changing the pick-up, according to the different shapes of the products, it solves any packaging problem. It is capable of handling glass and plastic bottles, tins, jars, ampoules, cases, vacuum packages, bricks, small bags, trays, etc.
The conformation of cartooning bottles is being done with the product spreading in the canalization blades by DIVIDER SYSTEM.
Its construction is extremely simple to provide for a high output, easy change of format and little maintenance.
The NDV-007 is also available in antiexplosive version.
