DPB-AS 0051 is adapted for every products with different bottles transfer system:
- layer clamping, machanical perimetering and transport of product;
- magnetic head of permanent magneto;
- head with blow-up bars.
In the automatic version, pallet entries with the motorized roller-chain and pallet are located on the platform. The depalletising is done from bottom to top with a system that is adapted to take layer to layer and puts them on the conveyor belt, operative height of 1000 mm. (standard), that is linked with the production line.
The extracting of the layer is managed automatically and it is is deposited in its layers magazine.
The DPB-AS 0051 is designed with maximum simplicity to guarantee high efficiency, easy in changing format and little maintenance.
