Function Beveling of rough elbows after their manufacturing. Description It is the most complete version among the BB machines, high speed beveling benches. It is adapted for elbows machining for mass production works. This machine is exceptionally handy to use thanks to the motorization of all its mechanical elements. The machining head moves automatically from one table to the other. This allows to reduce the waiting times due to elbows loading and unloading operations. Its motorized plate feed allows to get a constant chips production. This process offers a great machining quality and a longer tool-bits lifetime. This machine is equipped with a complete control panel allowing to control all the movements by pressing buttons or by adjusting the various parameters on the touch screen. Thanks to a roller located on the inside diameter, this device allows the tools to follow the elbow ovalization. Machining of the bevel (30°,37.5°, compound), the land and the inside counterboring in only one operation. Hydraulic system for the elbow clamping (reduced loading and unloading times).
