The ECO thread former is suitable for processing materials with a strength of up to 1200 N/mm² or at least 10% expansion. These are e.g. steel and stainless, long-chip aluminium or aluminium alloys.

Characteristics:

Due to a special treatment, the ECO thread former has a particulary smooth surface.
A special TIN coating perfected for thread forming.
ECO thread formers can be used in almost all materials that have at least 10% expansion.
