New 360° EMI/RFI Special D-Sub DIN rail modules. The robust modules with two 55° angled cable outlets are an extremely safe solution for e. g. diagnosis or service in rack systems of railway vehicles and industrial automation sites.
The high-quality full-metal zinc die-cast housing with special 360° EMI/RFI shielding design as well as the 360° EMI/RFI crimp flange system secure an effective all-around EMI/RFI cable shielding. A hexagonal crimp guarantees for a torsion and vibration proof cable strain relief and offers robust protection against damage under coarse environmental conditions. The solid snap-on mounting clip ensures secure grounding to the rail.
To allow for a variable cable diameter range, the D-Sub DIN rail modules are available also in a version with a solid external cable clamp. Additional characteristics are the compact form factor and the simple assembly by means of the snap-on top-hat rail clip.
For easy installation in the field the Special D-Sub DIN rail modules are available also as complete sets containing UNC 4-40 knurled lock screws as well as a 9-pole D-Sub crimp connector in female version with UNC 4-40 thread and a blind flange for closing one cable outlet
