RJ45 connectors Cat. 6 in protection class 20 according to ISO/IEC 60603-7-5 with a special shielding design for 360° shielding and a new spring contact design for the failure-proof Gigabit data transfer. The IDC Field Plug allows the easy and fast cable connection without tools directly at the automation equipment by the use of IDC contacts in insulation displacement technique. The colour coding for EIA TIA-A, -B and PROFINET guarantees the correct conductor allocation. Industrial Ethernet-cables with an outer diameter of a maximum of 8.5 mm are in stranded or solid wire version with wire cross-sections of AWG 22-AWG 26 can be terminated.
The crimp plug with contacts in crimp technology is ideal for the harnessing of small or medium sized series. Industrial Ethernet-cables with an outer diameter of a maximum of 7.3 mm in stranded or solid wire version with wire cross-sections of AWG 24-AWG 27 can be terminated.
For both Light Duty RJ45-connectors is a bend relief are available as accessories in different colours for coding the slots.
