Process Solutions offers Coira-style sanitary butterfly valves for powder handling.
Materials of construction: Stainless Steel (T-304/T-316L), Steel, Polyethylene, C-276 (Hastelloy ©)
There are three types of valves:
Standard disk valve:
T-316 stainless steel construction on the vane and valve body
Silicone gasket (alternative materials available - Teflon, EPDM, Buna, Etc.)
PTFE bushings
Available with a manual handle or actuated (pneumatic or electric)
Standard finish: internal #7 polish, external satin finish
Rotary disk valve:
T-316 stainless steel construction on the vane and valve body
Silicone gasket (alternative materials available - Teflon, EPDM, Buna, Etc.)
PTFE bushings
Available with a manual handle or actuated (pneumatic or electric)
Standard finish: internal #7 polish, external satin finish
Flexible disk valve:
T-316 stainless steel construction on the valve body
Silicone construction on the vane (stainless steel reinforced)
Silicone gasket (alternative materials available - Teflon, EPDM, Buna, Etc.)
PTFE bushings
Available with a manual handle or actuated (pneumatic or electric)
Standard finish: internal #7 polish, external satin finish
