The fully automatic turret winder is used to wind up continuously produced material behind the production line. It is used in the following production lines: Coating, printing, PVC calenders or embossing calenders as well as in extrusion lines. The great advantage of the automatic turret winder of the AutoWind series are the cross-cutting and feeding systems available for different materials. These allow automatic cross-cutting and feeding of the new material web with and without the use of adhesive tape or glue. In addition, the AutoWind series is predestined for the inline production of cut rolls. For this reason, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic length slitting devices are available. A special winding shaft holder enables rewinding on 3″ cores with relatively high roll weights. Furthermore, automatic core loading and finished roll handling can optionally be integrated.
