Fast doors designed for big openings. The mobile curtain is composed by a series of boards, formed by a double wall made of a plastic fire resistant canvas (trevira). There are build up supports across the door with an aluminum extrusion structural tube. Depending on the arrangement and number of these elements, wind resistance can be increased. Some polyester belts pull the aluminum outlines up, making the curtain to fold in the upper platform, where the motors, shafts, pulleys and pulling mechanisms are located. The vertical guides are manufactured in galvanized steel sheet and have a series of inner supports to bear the air drafts calculated according to the customer instructions. For big length holes, we can create a group of individual doors. The central guides can be detachable or retracted and once the doors are open, the guides are taken, by hand or automatically, letting the maximum width out. Once the vehicle is inside, the guides come back to their place and the doors can operate individually. The dimensions and characteristics can change.
