VARLIK Automatic Open Mouth Bagging Machine is a packing machine which empty bags are automatically taken from magazine and automatically placed on filling spout. Main reason of reaching higher capacity then semi automatic machines is heaving speeder bag placing then manpower as well as constant non-stop operating.
Manually placed empty bags are bind by vacuum hands one by one from magazine, and travel to filling point. Empty bag mouth is open by special mechanism and then places on filling spout. Bag is clamped to wait filling. Weighted product is discharged in bag through filling spout. Filled bag clamp is released and is moved by conveyor to sewing unit. Bag is transferred out after sewing.
