This wire made CiZn alloyed single-structure allows for excellent cost-performance as standard EDM brass wire. This wire made by normal Brass allow to be used normal machine condition at WEDM. The auto Threading rate can be raised whether the threading mechanism is pipe type, water jet type, or anneal cutting type because this wire is very straight. Also, the surface od PAPS CUT-S wire is treated to prevent brass powdering
