This series of machines are two (2) position, three (3) roll, surface driven automatic winders. The drive trim signal is coupled through a load cell transducer tension control unit. System operation is automatic with PLC initiation for continuous operation. Automatic system control is included for roll transfer, flying knife, splicing sequences and general operation.

This machine can handle heavy weight kraft paper or Nonwovens and wind it into finished rolls at a controlled tension and density. The finished rolls will be doffed to a pivoting platform for unloading.
