PYRADIA's Jet tube fluidized beds are ideal for drying or roasting high volumes of delicate granules to temperatures up to 550°F (280°C).
The particles are transported through the oven on and oscillating tray conveyor. The hot air is propulsed through a series of tubes distributed across the ceiling, immediately over the material. The hot air penetrates the bed of granules gently keeping them in suspension.
The large volume of air constantly in contact with the material assures great uniform heat transfer for precise treatment.
