With Process Manager, company and product structures as well as product
families can be outlined to provide different views of processes, performances
and business affairs, for example in a tree structure view.
The Process Manager is also a helpful tool for the central creation, administration and distribution of configurations which makes it the superimposed planning tool for the organization of the Q-DAS products.
Central Planning
Process Manager allows the comfortable creation and administration of test
plans resulting from the tree structure.
New characteristics can be created and allocated to the parts or machines or any organizational unit. If configurations apply to several or all machines, these
settings can be taken over anytime.
Independent from the recording method (procella , O-QIS, Upload), the data will
be collected centrally in the database via the Process Manager. The
configurations for the different recording stations can be determined centrally
and then distributed. Alarm criteria can be defined for the different hierarchy
levels. Thanks to these definitions, data can be evaluated automatically and
reports can be generated according to different criteria like cost centers,
machines or production parts.
