This unit is easily assembled (requires no tools) and does not require a technician. The filter sequence can be modified for specific applications but for soldering includes a pre-filter, a 99.97% HEPA filter to trap particles efficiently as small 0.3 microns in size and a chemical filter to remove VOC gas contaminants.
The filters are easily changed by simply removing the lid and sliding out the filters from the top. System contains a medium pressure motorized impeller designed to move air quietly and efficiently.
This system is optionally ducted however is designed to operate directly in front of where the work is being performed This is a self contained unit, that is designed to sit directly on the table top in front of the hand
held soldering or chemical handling operation.
The unit is extremely quiet and compact and can be easily relocated for service or repair work. The inexpensive filters make this an economical long term solution
