Description

The QuellTech Q4 Laser scanner with welded bead inspection provides inspection for welded and brazed beads.
The Laser Scanner can be mounted closed after the welding process this allows for immediate action to be taken in case of an error.

The inspection data can be stored and documented for quality assurance purposes. It's necessary for the client to inspect your welded bead visually for objectively measurable features.

The client also needs to locate predefined defects on welded seams such as craters, cracks, undercutting, overlap and spatter, pores etc. T
he client should also measure inline behind the process so as to locate defects immediately and avoid scraps.

It requires recording 100% of a welded bead inspection. As visual inspections are done by humans require too much time and it lacks repeatability.
