The Quest RECTIFIER BUDDY was driven by client demand to compliment Cathodic Protection and add value to the pipeline integrity system. Remote data monitoring and message reporting through simplex satellite communication saves time and money knowing Cathodic Protection equipment is effectively functioning, monitored and managed.

The RECTIFIER BUDDY transmits cathodic rectifier health checks at user programmable intervals & rectifier voltage/amperage values at scheduled intervals. During upset AC power outages and during AC power restoration the system updates and informs the user as well as during DC power loss for battery back-up reports/alarm. The system also monitors and transmits notifications if DC voltage or amperage threshold levels are exceeded. All Rectifier data is logged to a secure web site for customer retrieval and historical review.
