The Edge eg5 model from Quest Technologies, a 3M company, is a lightweight cable-free noise dosimeter engineered for the rigors of today's workplace. Its compact, contoured design comfortably mounts on the shoulder and weighs just 3 ounces. This innovative dosimeter is designed to simultaneously measure against multiple industry standards. When used with new 3M™ Data Management Software DMS, users can activate a total of three independent dosimeters. DMS also makes it easy to report and export data, perform advanced calculations and generate powerful reports.

Now with MSHA, SIRA (ATEX), CSA (US and Canada) and Simtars (IECEx) Intrinsic Safety Approvals, the Edge eg5 model is ideal for use in potentially hazardous environments. A rechargeable lithium polymer battery provides up to 40 hours of battery life. Recharging is simple with the 1- or 5- bay docking station. Data can be downloaded while the unit is charging, then easily managed and analyzed with our DMS software.
