The robust roller part sections are designed as U channels or angle sections. The support rollers with ball-bearings are made of plane steel (standard) or zinc plated (if required).

Brake roller

A three stage planetary gear with progressive braking effect is installed in the brake support tube. The spring activated brake support rollers ensures permanent contact between the load carrier and the brake support roller and this creates a controlled rolling of the load carriers.
