Emergency stop push-button switch with housing
35 - 100 V, max. 4 A | E-Box
RAFI
The E-Box can be used wherever individual control components are needed at remote locations. The housing has also been designed for very easy assembly. In addition, the dimensions of the E-Box of 109 x 40 x 27 mm make it ideally suitable for mounting on 40 mm DIN rails.
The modular system consisting of housing bottom and top part, the contact module with contact block and an Emergency-Stop actuator from the RAFIX 22 FS series permits convenient and quick assembly. A metal clip is used for fastening on DIN rails; it is fixed in the DIN rail groove using RAFI's new single-hole screw mounting method. Alternatively, you can also mount the housing bottom part on various other types of surfaces. Subsequently you can simply snap on the housing top part. As an alternative to the single-screw mounting method with a metal clip, you can also mount the E-Box directly using two screws. Once you have installed the contact module, introduced the cables through M16 glands and connected the wire ends in floor-side cage clamp terminals, you can fix the actuator of your choice in the housing top part using a ring nut. The housing top part with the actuator finally snaps into the housing bottom part without needing any screws.
The contact blocks are available as versions with gold contacts for 35 V and 100 mA max. or with silver contacts for 250 V and 4 A max. The contact module is available in variants with either two normally-closed contacts or one normally-closed contact and one normally-open contact. A contact module is also available for the Emergency-Stop "Plus 1" version with two normally-closed contacts and one normally-open contact.
