Oven Controlled SAW Oscillators Grade D are designed for airborne applications. The ULN OCSO are housed in ruggedized packaging including vibration and shock absorbers in order to withstand the harsh environment of airborne radars. The key component of this family of products is the high-reliability SAW resonator housed in an All Quartz Package (AQP) featuring excellent performances in terms of frequency stability, ageing, g-sensitivity.
These oscillators perform the same electrical function as Grade B but for airborne environment (extended temperature range, vibrations, shocks, etc.)
Digital PLL on external 10 MHz reference is optional on SR D02 and SR E02.
