Oven Controlled SAW Oscillators Grade B are designed for ground based and naval military equipment, test benches, radar and telecom simulators, analyzers, synthesizers. These oscillators are featured by remarkable performances with improved noise floor performance without degrading close-in phase noise as shown with the Temex upgraded ULN OCSO@ 320 MHz
* Noise floor better than -180 dBc/Hz (from 30 kHz offset) in fundamental mode
* - 175 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset
* Close-in phase noise equivalent to the best of multiplied VHF Crystal oscillators
