TEMEX manufactures Crystal resonators where high reliability, traceability and state of the art technology are required.
AT, SC, BT, IT, Y cuts are available in standard packages (HC-43, HC49, HC52, HC40, TO8/HC37, TO5/HC35).
They are sealed under vacuum or neutral gas (nitrogen) in cold or resistance Welding according to the applications.
Frequency range is 4 to 250 MHz
Defense Applications:
These resonators are typically suited for radars, telecommunications or munitions applications.
They have a large temperature range and high stability in harsh mechanical environments.
Space applications:
These resonators are manufactured according to the European space standard ESCC3501.
They are used in XO, OCXO, TCXO, VCXO oscillators and meet the requirements of navigation, observation, scientific mission satellites and interplanetary probes applications.
High temperature applications:
These resonators are tested at very high temperature up to 180°C. They are suited for oil industry applications.
