Production Output
Production is dependent on product supply conditions and the dexterity of the operator.
Typical examples of output based on water are the following:
1000 litre bags at up to 7 to 12 bags per hour
200 litre bags at 20 to 25 bags per hour.
Filler Description
Autokap™ 1000 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic Bulk filler that can fill bags ranging from 250 to 1400 litre directly into drums and bins.
The filler is setup to run a center glanded bag usually supplied in a folded format.
After loading the bag, the fill head moves to the bottom of the container and rises as the bag fills from the bottom of the container.
Fillers are specified for the required type of liquid to fill. The Autokap™1000
series is compatible with a large range of fitments.
