AES Series Vertical laboratory autoclaves without drying from 33 to 175L. Economic autoclaves to meet the fundamental sterilization needs of a general laboratory, optimized for an easy operation, they include multiple safety features to protect users in their daily routine. Applications: Industry, educational, medical and research facilities with the aim of increasing laboratory productivity. Indications: Sterilization of a wide range of liquid and solid materials, such as laboratory waste bags, culture medium, glassware, plastics, metal equipment and other laboratory items. Features: Sterilization chamber made of AISI-316L stainless steel. Exterior cabinet made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Steam generation through electrical resistances. Control by PID microprocessor, with 10 programs, programmable by time, temperature and cycle type (solid or liquid). LCD screen showing sterilization parameters, alerts and errors. Manual steam release push-button. Manual drain valve. Manual filling of the sterilization chamber with water. Protecting grid for the heater element. Cycle time range: 1-250 minutes. Agar mode 40 to 80ºC. Heart probe optional. Optional inlet in chamber for an external validation probe. Programmable auto-start (24 h). Connection to PC with optional control software.
