The maximum lubricating width is obtained from the number of nozzles and the distance of the nozzles on the nozzle bar. The smallest lubricating width is 50 mm, the largest 3000 mm.
Depending on the type of the material to be lubricated and the subsequent deformation, a full-surface lubrication, a sectorial lubrication or a partial lubrication is possible.
The dosing of the application quantity is controlled by the system parameters like the oil pressure as well as by the nozzle parameters like nozzle cross-section and switching behaviour.
