Raziol concentrates for water soluble lubricants have been tried and tested, are free of secondary amines and water soluble products and are well suited for cutting and non-cutting metalworking. These lubricant concentrates consist of chemical constituents that have been selected according to the latest requirements prescribed by the German Occupational and Environmental Protection Regulations.

Storage:
All Raziol coolant-lubricants must not be contaminated by dirt, water or other substances during transport or storage. Avoid exposing these lubricants to excessive heat (e.g. sun) or frost during storage. The appropriate storage temperature ranges from 5 - 40°C (41 - 104°F). The max. shelf life of a water soluble coolant-lubricant is typically 1 year.

Preparation:
The water for mixing has to be of drinking water quality and, if possible, of medium hardness. You can obtain more information on the water quality from your local water supplier. Avoid excessively low water temperatures. Unless you adhere to the concentrations prescribed, there is a risk of corrosion or foaming. Slowly add the concentrate to the mix of water prepared. The preparation can only be used after an adequate mixing time. We would recommend using an automatic dosing system.
