ATI's control valve actuators are custom designed to accommodate any positioner. Feedback can be either mechanical via a lever connected to the valve stem coupler or electrical via an LVDT or magnetostrictive potentiometer.
ATI custom designs the actuator bracket, positioner attachment, and valve stem coupler to exacting dimensions to ensure optimal performance. ATI's experienced design team considers, for example, environmental conditions, vibration, actuator orientation, communication protocols, and speed requirements to ensure successful field performance.
