GSM / GPRS Red Lion Controls

Red Lion announces the exit of the cellular chart modem GSM/GPRS for Dated Station More, Modular Controller and the HMI G3.

These new charts make it possible to communicate via GSM or GPRS, providing a connectivity without precedent for the distant communities and the mobile applications without wire.

Station Dated More, Modular Controller or the HMI G3 can already communicate via a cellular, but only external modem. By the integration of chart XCGSM or G3GSM within the interface, Red Lion set up a system reliable, easy to configure for the data management of the distant applications. The module uses a standard chart ?SIM?, making it possible to the customers to choose their own supplier of access.

Once connected to a cellular network, the customers can benefit from powerful functionalities.

Telecontrol: The Web server makes it possible to monitor and control the processes in real time by Internet Explorer? or a simple PDA.
Telealarms: The function of transport gives alarm in the event of failure of the process by the means of SMS and e-mail.
Remote reading: The recorder of data in CSV, records the performances and the events of the process or the production. To repatriate your data by a PDA or any telephone with access Internet in GPRS, then to discharge the data which you TV-will have raised via your telephone PDA, on your PC. Finally to exploit under Excel.
Tele maintenance: The functionality of division of port allows many programmable automats and other devices to be reprogrammed remotely.
