Photoelectric cell ILION series

The Ilion safety photocell is designed to provide high levels of safety to workers involved with hazardous and perilious machinery and applications. The system delivers a safety level of Type 2. It is engineered to work in tandem with AU SX and AU SXM control systems. The photoelectric safety assembly is compliant with various international standards for safety. It conforms to EN 61496-1 and IEC 61496-1-2. For machinery guidelines, it is compliant with 2006/42/CE and 2004/108/CE. Its electromagnetic elements confirm to EMC-2006/95/CE, while for low voltage it adheres to IEC/EN 61496-1 criteria. The machine safety and electro-sensitive protective equipment is regulated by IEC/TS 61496-2 and EN ISO 13849-1 guidelines for general requirements and particular requirements respectively for equipment that uses Active Optoelectronic safety devices. The safety components of the control units are designed to confirm to IEC/EN 62061 standards.
