Reggiana Macchine Utensili has developed its own software and stepping motors control, this gives the maximum flexibility, able to suit all customers needs.

Studied for Industrial applications, complete with double row back-lighted display, allows communication:

with PC,
through RS232 / RS485,
from/to PLC,
I/O signals,
from Bar Code readers,
TXT files.

Programmable with the PC specific software or able to automatically load and run different programs without being connected to a PC, can manage all following functions:

1000 programs in memory,
texts in line, angular, mirror,
arc-texts,
serial numbers,
batches of production,
time and date,
working shifts,
customized codes,
preview, diagnostic and many more.

The excellent management of the mechanical movements allows marking:
logos,
2D Matrix and OCR codes,
fonts per dots 5x7 and 11x16,
continuous line fonts.

Low maintenance and reliable, the electronic controller MILLENNIUM is complete with all above features and can be easily connected to all accessories available, rotary and vertical automated axis, nameplate automatic loader and many others even tailored on request.
