The Laser marking machines actuated by a DIODE YAG source have two galvos, dielectric type, with extremely high reflection capability and ionic system, controlled in order to obtain a very thin marking spot diameter even in a marking area of 220 mm.
It is possible to use lens made by all most important world manufacturers.
The source is sealed and the cooling system can be either by air (with a fan) or by water depending on the nominal power in use.
When it is by water, the laser tube is directly cooled down.
The beam is expanded with a ZnSe lens system in order to obtain a better marking quality.
The preview of the job is highlighted by a red spot-light.
