Developed for automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) this 180 degree stack/nest container excels both in automated and manual storage and distribution. In storage it behaves like a straight sided stacking container, but with a simple rotation it becomes a highly nestable distribution container that efficiently nests for backhauling and empty storage. With a thick ribbed conveyor friendly bottom this container has several design elements specifically for use in mini-load systems and ledger racking requiring less than 5mm (0.2 in.) base deflection with 25kg (55 lb.) total weight. Bottom drain holes are available if required to meet fire safety standards.
