Our UNIBAND has been the setting the standards in "on the run" output measurements for years. It is a stainless steel construction, very robust and maintenance-free. Benefit from top precision measurements and the varying range of applications.

Measuring and controlling the product flow in the mining industry (gravel, sand, chalk or recycling material), in mobil crushers and screen machines are only a few of the wide range of applications for UNIBAND.

35 years of experience and a continuous dialogue with our customers enabled us to optimise our beltscale UNIBAND BW 660. The stainless steel weighing frame includes an integrated overload protection. That means the belt scale UNIBAND is extremely suitable for safe operations under worst ambient conditions.

The weighing frame simply replaces the existing idler. The microprocessor-controlled electronic BW-665 provides all necessary features requested by belt scale users. The alphanumeric display with backlight shows the actual flow rate (t/h), four code protected counters (t), time counter and control functions. An automatic record printer is available optionally.

The combined weighing accuracy of the belt scale with belt speed tachometer is ± 1 % - 2 % of the measuring range. Our UNIBAND 660 with tandem weighing frame especially provides very slow flow rates.
