separator and a panel with filter cut-out. The
filters are inserted horizontally into the panel
structure. The exhaust air box consists of galvanized
sheet steel and is fitted on top of the panel. The
connecting socket is either on top or on one side.
The grease separator is made of chromium nickel
steel and is designed as a flame-arresting cyclone
filter fitted with two operating handles. The filter
is non-wearing and suitable for cleaning in dish-
washers.
