Description
Unit with integrated energy-efficient fan
ready for connection. The stable and torsion-
free housing is made of stainless steel with
a powder coating in RAL 5002. The service
door Is fitted with clip fasteners. The housing
has smooth Internal surfaces. The bottom
part Is designed as an oil- and waterproof
collection pan. The multi-stage electrostatic
high-performance system includes a patent-
ed RXZ basic element. Aerosols and liquid
particles are mechanically separated by the
patented X-CYCLONE® basic element type
RXZ. Aerosols and particles that are smaller
than 1 pm are separated in additional elec-
trostatic filter stages via a collector. All basic
elements and electrostatic collectors can
be cleaned and reused, no throwaway fil-
ters! The flame-arresting capability has been
tested successfully by the German TUV in
compliance with the directive UL 1046 of
the American Underwriters Laboratories®.
REVEN® Ultra Cleaner electrostatic col-
lectors are fitted with intelligent high-
voltage equipment including service in-
dication and short-circuit monitoring.
The high-voltage device can be adjusted to
any requirement via a three-position slid-
ing switch (6-6.7-7 kV). The short-circuit
monitoring facility protects the high-voltage
device against permanent flashovers that
might occur in the collector (due to a chip,
for Instance). The service Indication signal-
izes when a particular degree of pollution
is achieved and maintenance becomes
necessary. You can alternatively adjust the
system to a preset maintenance interval.
