For high capacity we recommend the S3000 with its advanced controller that guarantees a universal stretchwrapper for most applications. The S3000 is very robust requiring a minimum of maintenance, it provides very high availability even at very high operating capacities.
The S3000 ISS can start its wrapping cycle at the bottom of the pallet or at the top of the pallet if the ISS system is mounted on a top clamp. The ISS top can therefore be used to wrap a band only around the top of a pallet if required.
The leading stretchwrapper on the market demands a good power pre-stretch system, the S3000 has a unique double motorised power pre-stretch system and a powerful controller plc (Siemens S7) as standard.
Operator interface with the machine is simple and straightforward through the user friendly text display or touch screen. For dust or splash proof wrapping, the S3000 can be supplied with either an in line or integrated automatic top sheet dispenser.
