Main features:
- Material is fed to the separation system from a hopper, equipped with a vibratory feeder for controlled feed and primary distribution of bulk material;
- Vibratory screener is used to sift out sand, dirt and other undersize materials.
Screens are provided with different mesh sizes, depending on the size of unwanted materials;
- Use of vibratory feeders ensures even material feed, thus helping to create optumum conditions for magnetic separation;
- Fine ferrous contaminants are extracted from the material flow by either a powerful magnetic pulley, integrated into model KBSM belt conveyor, or a model BSM stand-alone drum separator;
- Large-sized merchantable scrap is extracted from the material flow by model SMPA self-cleaning suspended separator;
- Non-ferrous metals are separated from the material flow by model SMVT eddy current separator;
- Valuable materials and processing residues are moved to the respective storage areas by belt conveyors;
- Single control panel allows complete control over all components of the separation system;
- System's components and modules, their arrangement, dimensions and technical characteristics vary depending on specific application requirements.
