Model SMTP-1 & SMTP-2 in-line magnetic traps are designed to operate in pressurised transfer lines to remove ferrous contaminants from liquids with different levels of viscosity.

Main features:

- Manual cleaning and easy to use mechanical cleaning systems are available;

- Unique patented magnetic systems are composed of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets (in-house industrial production). Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present, and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance;

- Depending on magnetic susceptibility of material and contaminants, maximum magnetic induction on the surface of magnetic tubes is selected within the range of 100 to 700 mT (1000-7000 G), which equals magnetic field intensity of 80-550 kA/m (1000 -- 7000 Oe);

- SMTP-2 magnetic traps are equipped with filter screens (mesh size selected individually for each specific application) for retaining nonmagnetic contaminants;

- Vessels of SMTP-2 separators are jacketed for heating or cooling the product;
