Main features:
- Powerful magnetic field, produced by the plate, completely covers the flow area, providing reliable protection against tramp iron;
- Magnetic plates do not restrict the product flow, which is very important when handling materials that tend to stick, clog and bridge;
- Special ledges on the surface of magnetic plates provide zones for keeping tramp iron out of the product flow to avoid wipe-off;
- Manual cleaning and easy to use mechanical cleaning systems are available;
- Unique patented magnetic systems are composed of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets (in-house industrial production). Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present, and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance;
The vast majority of PSM-3 separators are custom-made, since inlet hoppers of bucket elevators are available from many manufacturers in a wide variety of sizes.
