Model PSM-1 plate separators are manufactured as flanged sections of rectangular zig-zag bent chutes, with two magnetic plates mounted on hinged access doors.

Application: Extraction of tramp iron from various products (grain, sand, ore, coal, waste, etc.), protection of processing machinery.

Main features:

- Powerful magnetic fields, produced by magnetic plates, completely cover the flow area, providing reliable protection against tramp iron;

- Magnetic plates do not restrict the product flow, which is very important when handling materials that tend to stick, clog and bridge;

- Handled material undergoes a two-stage separation with intermediate agitation in the separator's midsection, which has a positive effect on separation efficiency;

- Special ledges on the surface of magnetic plates provide zones for keeping tramp iron out of the product flow to avoid wipe-off;

- Manual cleaning and easy to use mechanical cleaning systems are available;

- Unique patented magnetic systems are composed of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets (in-house industrial production). Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present, and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance;
