Magnetic pulleys boast double functionality, being conveyor head pulleys and powerful self-cleaning magnetic separators at the same time!

Application: Automatic extraction of tramp iron from various products (ore, coal, waste, cullet, etc.), protection of processing machinery.

Main features:

- Maximum magnetic induction on the pulley's surface is selected within the range of 100 to 450 mT (1000-4500 G), which equals magnetic filed intensity of 80-360 kA/m (1000 -- 4500 Oe);

- Optimal conditions for magnetic separation are created due to the minimized distance between material and separator's effective surface. Magnetic pulleys ensure extraction of tramp iron from the material burden, which could have been missed by suspended magnetic separators, provide continuous material purification and reliable protection of valuable processing equipment;

- Unique patented magnetic systems are composed of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets (in-house industrial production). Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present, and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance;

- Magnetic pulleys come in different sizes, various diameters and widths are available on request. Shaft dimensions are to customer specifications;

- For improved tracking and reduced slippage shell lagging can be applied to magnetic pulleys.
