Suspended magnetic separator

Common suspended separators are, basically, "magnetic plates", installed above the transported material and designed for extraction of tramp iron from the material flows.

Main features:

- Unique patented magnetic systems are composed of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets (in-house industrial production). Magnets are thoroughly tested to ensure that the required properties are present, and to guarantee long equipment life and high performance;

- Extended magnetic systems are used to increase the product residense time in the separation zone, thus increasing separation efficiency;

- For higher performance, overhead separators may be installed in an inclined position above the conveyor's discharge head pulley. Separator's efficiency is significantly increased due to minimized distance between the conveyour belt and the separator and due to easier extraction of tramp iron from free-falling material;

- Improved mechanical cleaning system significantly simplifies operation;
